If you are experiencing, what you define as bad or negative feelings/experiences, it could just mean that you are leveling up!

Leaving home forced me to trust myself, and my journey. It forced me to get lost, to figure things out, to learn and grow.

If I'm truly honest with myself, I will admit that any, if not all, moments of betrayal, happened because I betrayed myself.

When I'm stuck in my head, the less present I am, and the less power I have in making positive changes in my life and the lives around me.

Create an environment that can hold and sustain what you want. Like a planted seed, it will not grow if the conditions aren't right.

You continue to create the absence of what you desire when you stress about not having it. What you focus on expands.

There are ways in which our fear protects us (physical danger), but this fear can also cause us to lose self-trust when making decisions.
