There was a time when every word I wrote brought to light thoughts I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy.

Leaving home forced me to trust myself, and my journey. It forced me to get lost, to figure things out, to learn and grow.

If I'm truly honest with myself, I will admit that any, if not all, moments of betrayal, happened because I betrayed myself.

We all have expectations of love or what it looks like. We all want to be loved. So why is it so hard to give/receive love?

When I'm stuck in my head, the less present I am, and the less power I have in making positive changes in my life and the lives around me.

Create an environment that can hold and sustain what you want. Like a planted seed, it will not grow if the conditions aren't right.
